In case of prepaid bookings, our Customer Service Department will be processing the refund for the cancellation as soon as possible. Please be advised of the considerable delays we’re experiencing.

We are constantly monitoring the situation and making decisions with a specially established coordination centre together with the responsible authorities. All the members of our team wash their hands with hydroalcoholic gel, soap and water and use masks and gloves, as well as following the protocol of keeping at least one metre distance.
We will not touch the personal effects of any of our clients. We apologise if we are not able to help you with your luggage, but remember it is for the greater good.
Our cars will go through a whole disinfection process after every rental period, where we will give special treatment to the steering wheel, dashboard, gear stick, lever, etc.
