The shuttle service that Wiber offers is both for vehicle pick up (from the airport to our office) and vehicle drop off (from our office / EcoParking to the airport).
Our office is conveniently located only 5 minutes away from the airport. Wiber Rent a Car offers a free minibus transfer service for all reservations

Continue straight, following the signs for "Cercanías" (train station) and cross another pedestrian crossing.
Just to the right, behind the wall of the Airport "Cercanías" Station, you will find a parking area with yellow lines on it. Our shuttle will pick you up there.

Our cars are cleaned after each rental as part of the normal cleaning process. However, we have reinforced the standard process and after every car hire all cars undergo a disinfection process.
Cars are first sanitised with an EPA-registered disinfectant and disposable cloths, placing greater effort on high-touch areas.
Next, we employ an ozone generator. Ozone treatments are the best method for removing bacteria, viruses, and odours. The cleaning power of this treatment saturates upholstery fibres and is able to reach all the corners and crannies including the vehicle’s vents and under seats.
As with the interior, we have reinforced the normal cleaning processes of our cars’ exterior after each rental.
We have added an EPA-registered disinfectant shampoo in the car wash tunnel that reaches every part of the outside of the car.
In addition to this, our team manually cleans the parts with the highest contact, such as the door and boot handles, as well as the fuel tank cap. These manual processes are carried out with disinfectant and disposable cloths.
Our child seats (9 - 18kg) and booster seats (18 - 36kg) are disinfected after each car hire. After every use, they are kept inside the vehicle to follow the disinfection process with the ozone generator.
Once the ozone treatment is finished, they are removed from the car and sanitised with a disposable cloth, upholstery cleaner and disinfectant.
Our offices are conveniently located just 5 minutes from the airport. Wiber provides free shuttle service to all of them.
Our shuttles go through the same disinfecting process as any of our vehicles, both inside (ozone machines and disinfectant) and outside (disinfectant shampoo and surface disinfection).
All our shuttles are 9-seat minivans (8 clients + driver). This capacity is allowed by the Royal Decree-Law of Spain, on security measures against Covid-19. However, the use of a face mask inside the shuttle will be mandatory.
Before boarding the shuttle, Wiber provides hand sanitiser. Please, be informed that our clients will have to bring their own masks.
In keeping with health security measures, we thank you for understanding that our drivers will not be able to help you with your baggage.
We maintain the highest levels of cleaning across all our offices. All customer service areas are cleaned continuously.
After servicing each client, all contact points are disinfected at our counters: desks, touch screens and dataphones.
All our offices have hand sanitiser readily available for our clients at our desks.
In compliance with the regulation established by health authorities, toilets remain closed for clients.
Our employees follow the recommendations of the World Health Organization. This entails the following measures:
In addition to this, our employees must comply with social distance recommendations and avoid all physical contact under any circumstances.
We have installed screens at all counters.
To respect the social distance recommended by health authorities, we have added two-meter social distance markers to ensure that a safe distance is maintained. We have also limited the number of customers inside our office to one client per employee.
Following the current regulations, when inside our office, clients are required to wear a face mask (covering nose and mouth). We thank you for your cooperation in protecting your health and the health of others.
In order to speed up the process and avoid physical contact, we highly recommend that you check in online before pick up.
At Wiber you can avoid the desk and collect your car keys by using our Wikey Smart Box (automated key dispenser). This service is free with our ‘All Inclusive’ rate.
We provide hand sanitiser next to every Smart Box. The use of gloves and hand sanitiser is recommended when using the machines.
Screens and dataphones of our Smart Boxes are sanitised daily with disinfectant and disposable cloths. Additionally, all keys are disinfected before introducing them in the machines.
We are experiencing exceptional circumstances and we are aware that the current situation generates a feeling of uncertainty among our clients. Not only on a day-to-day basis but in our short and medium-term plans, such as our holidays.
This is why, we would like to remind you that at Wiber we offer, and we’ve always offered, a free – cancellation policy. Whether you pay on arrival or prepay at the time of the reservation, you can cancel at any time and will be reimbursed entirely.
If you no longer need your hire car at Wiber, we would appreciate if you could cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
If you prefer to choose a more convenient time to book your car, you can change your booking to another date without any penalty.

Ozone is the gas with the highest disinfecting and sterilizing power that exists according to the WHO, in concentrations of 0.1-0.2 mg / L.min, 99% any virus like COVID-19 is eliminated. And not only viruses, but a wide range of other contaminating microorganisms present in the air, in addition to formaldehyde, mould and bad odours.
Inside a car it is easy to accumulate this concentration, which added to the capacity to reach all kinds of corners and penetration into surfaces due to its gaseous state, allows to eliminate the coronavirus in almost any element of the car interior.
